Our client purchased a convenience store in a Welsh village to add to his retail store portfolio.  Initially, this property was set at a purchase price of £120,000.

Our commercial manager, Rob, was able to to raise the 70% bricks-and-mortar value, as well as the 50% of the goodwill value to make the purchase achievable.

As well as supporting the purchase, Rob also arranged the shop policy insurance for the client through our in-house commercial insurance service.
